The material handlers will be responsible for picking products within the freezer that is inside the warehouse.
Location: Burnaby, BC
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
OT available on Saturdays as needed
Pay rate: $21+/hour (depending on experience & certifications)
Working Conditions:
Physical demands of walking, standing and repetitive lifting
Working in cooler and freezer environment packing and unloading frozen food
Advantages

- $500 Signing Bonus to be awarded after completion of probation period.
- Performance based KPI bonus available
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately according to packing slip & standard operating procedures
- Use of power tools and equipment to pick and palletize orders
- Build orders onto pallets for shipping
- Receiving and replenishing stock
- Supporting warehouse where needed
- Ensuring the warehouse is tidy and organized
- Assist in all other duties related to the Freezer department, such as cleaning up and organizing the freezer etc.
Qualifications
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Previous warehouse related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be able to work independently and within a team
- Good attention to detail with ability to problem solve
- Previous experience working in a freezer environment is an asset
- Forklift and reach truck certification or any related experience is an asset
