- $22 - $27/hr this is dependent on experience
- Straight afternoons, 2:30 pm-1 am Monday to Thursday
- Weekly pay
- Opportunity to a world-class company with a recognizable brand
- Contract position with the possibility of extension
Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out assembly work from drawings, pick lists, and bills of material
- Carry out mechanical assembly
- Troubleshoot, repair, or modify units and occasionally make design change recommendations
- Communicate with drafting/engineering and other assembly personnel in order to solve issues.
- Train and/or assist other employees as required.
- Observe safe working practices
- Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly manner.
Qualifications
- Previous assembly experience - electric assembly experience preferred
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Basic Computer skills
- Physical Demand Level: Regular lifting of up to 35 lbs
- Experienced with hand tools and reading plans/blueprints
-Forklift license
