Are you a night owl, who is highly organised and would love to work in a warehouse?

A major food production facility and distributor in Victoria are looking for meat and fish processors to join their friendly crew!

Opportunity: Full time, temporary to permanent position
Location: Saanichton, BC - transit accessible
Hours: Graveyard night shift, 2/3am - 10/11am
Pay rate: $16.75
Start: ASAP


• Processing of meat or fish, ready for packing
• Cutting, filleting, removing bones and scales, and processing into precise cuts
• Organising and checking meat and fish deliveries
• Ensuring safety and cleanliness procedures are followed

Qualifications required:

• Basic knife skills and experience with handling meat or fish
• Prep cook or grocery meat or fish department experience is an asset
• Understands weights and measures
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision and stay productive and results-oriented throughout the shift

• Be part of a friendly and hardworking team
• This is a long term job with permanent potential after the first few months. Once permanent you can expect pay raises at 3 months, 6 months, benefits start at 9 months and then another raise at 12 months. Then annual reviews to follow.
