Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Maintain an organized and tidy work area, completing tasks before moving on to new projects.
Be the first line of defense in quality control – report any issues with products or equipment to the Supervisor promptly.
Set up your workstation as directed, ensuring tools and materials are ready to support seamless operations.
Craft precision cuts according to specifications, showcasing your attention to detail.
Take the lead in packaging and bagging products with precision.
Handle pallets efficiently, contributing to a smooth flow of materials.
Record essential information meticulously on production sheets, tracking weights and waste in compliance with protocols.
Play a critical role in temperature monitoring, ensuring safety measures are adhered to at all times.
Embrace flexibility by tackling various duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Operate cutting, dicing, and packaging equipment expertly, putting your skills to the test.
Qualifications
Passion for precision and detail with a strong focus on quality control.
MUST be able to work in COLD environment
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of Vietnamese language would be an asset
Basic knowledge of equipment operation and meat processing is preferred.
Commitment to following established protocols and ensuring food safety.
Flexibility to take on diverse tasks and contribute to a dynamic production environment.
Open to working with different types of animal products (pork, chicken, beef, lamb, seafood) in a cool environment
