Job Description
• Work with all Cascades Recovery repair facilities to coordinate and control the daily scheduling of service and repair of all HYW equipment repairs and plant equipment.
• Work with the truck shop staff daily to provided safe, reliable and available equipment with focus on quality of repair and shop productivity

• Ensure that all scheduled maintenance is completed as outlined in the Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
• Complete all required Preventative Maintenance and Repair documents verifying their accuracy. Provide a daily update to the Fleet Maint Manager
• Provide continued communication to the related department relative to equipment status (out of service and repair status)
• Ensure that all overtime is necessary and properly authorized by the Fleet Maint Mgr, this is to include overtime for (Lead hand)
• Arrive prior to the shift start time in-order to review current equipment repair status. This to insure a smooth transition from shift to shift.
Purchase Services Roles and Responsibilities
• To provide control over parts inventory ensuring that inventory levels are kept within the predetermined minimum/maximum.
• Ensure that all service and material purchases are in compliance with the Cascades Recovery+. purchase order procedures.
• Communicate to the Fleet Maintenance Manager all service and material purchases that exceed your predetermined authorization level for his approval.
• Plan, organize and control purchase services in order to minimize operation impact and reduce equipment downtime
Safety Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide daily direction to staff related to safe working procedures and practices as outlined by the Occupational Health and Safety to include the review of all safety meeting minutes.
• Ensure that the truck shop is kept in a clean and organized condition with focus on safety
• Ensure that all safety equipment related to plant equipment, HWY equipment, to include shop tools and equipment are kept in good working condition.
• Complete a daily job briefing in-order to provide staff with information related to safety, equipment repairs, productivity, and availability.
Licenses:
MUST have a 310T License
