Randstad Canada is looking to hire a permanent Millwright for our reputable client in Ancaster. We are looking for skilled tradesperson to install, dismantle, repair, reassemble move bakery production equipment. If you have the skills and license as a Millwright, apply today to

Shifts: Rotating continental shifts
Pay rate: $38.49/hour - $0.60/hr premium for night shift. Candidates need to be open to working rotating continentals – this includes every other weekend, one week would be 36 hours, the next would be 48 hours – with 4 of those hours paid as OT

-Reporting to the maintenance manager, the Millwright is responsible for providing mechanical support to all departments of the bakery
-Perform preventative measures to control production shut downs
-Trouble shoot any mechanical breakdowns to ensure productivity loss is at a minimum
-Adhere to all company GMPs
-Support a clean work area
-Take part as an active member for continuous improvement
-Provide shift reports outlining parts used, downtime and root analysis

-Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright
-3-5 years experience

-Physical demands include reaching, bending, walking and lifting up to 50lbs
