Advantages
• $18 to 20 per hour (based on experience)
• Day Shift: 7:00 am-3:00 pm with lots of overtime available
• Monday-Friday set schedule
• Bus route accessible
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities in this Assembler/ General Labour role, will be but not limited to:
• Repairs and assembly of very large equipment
• Mechanical assembly and working with hydraulics
• Searching for parts and delivering them to welders in the manufacturing plant
• Putting parts away once completed
• Operation of overhead crane and forklift to move pallets
• Shop clean up
• Comfortable working in a welding environment
Qualifications
• A minimum of 6 months experience in a heavy construction/ manufacturing type role
• Hand tools and power tool experience
• Mechanical assembly
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Familiarity with overhead cranes and forklifts
• Someone with a positive working attitude
• Very punctual
