This is an exciting opportunity to create new designs from scratch and then help to manage the project through the full life cycle.

Responsibilities
What will your day look like?
- Being involved in all aspects of projects, from conception to budgeting, to commissioning
- 50% of your time will be creating custom designs of parts and components for mass-produced equipment
- Speaking with customers to understand problems and create innovative solutions
- Occasional travel to customer sites, primarily in the GTA
- Working with internal and external stakeholders and building strong relationships
Qualifications
What do you bring to the role?
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with Mechanical design, and modeling, stainless steel is a strong asset
- Strong experience with PTO Creo or similar CAD software
- A desire and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience designing automated equipment is an asset
