Responsibilities
• Creating mechanical designs of equipment/systems as part of a design team including: bulk
material handling, conveying, crushing, screening, dust collection, storage, metering, detailed
machine design, and process improvement.
• Reviewing designs with our fabrication shop and others to ensure consistent design, fabrication
and quality specifications.
• Providing onsite installation, troubleshooting, commissioning and maintenance support for our
equipment in the field.
Qualifications
• Advanced 2D AutoCAD and 3D modelling design skills and knowledge.
• A Mechanical Engineering Technology Diploma or Degree.
• Solid overall design, project leadership and communication skills.
• Material handling or heavy machinery design, installation or maintenance would be an asset.
• Fabrication or Commissioning experience would be an asset.
