Our client is looking for someone with expert HVAC installation and technical knowledge to supervise subcontractor systems installations.
Under the supervision of the Construction Director this Supervisor ensures proper planning and execution of Controls installation for commercial projects. This Supervisor also liaises with the design team, and works closely with a team of experts in the field of energy efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Planning and monitoring of energy projects
- Solve problems or technical issues
- Participate in energy monitoring meetings
- Assist the grant monitoring team
- Plan Control work with subcontractors (budgets, schedules, equipment selection)
- Oversee and supervise subcontractors in Controls as well as plumbing and electrical
- Analyze the operation of equipment at completion of projects
- Participate in the start-up of mechanical equipment and controls commissioning
- Respond to service calls
Qualifications
Preferred: Technologist or Engineer or 6+ years field experience installing commercial Controls/HVAC systems
Sound knowledge of plumbing, an asset
