    Advantages

    - Straight day shift Monday-Friday
    - Hourly rate of pay up to $28/hr depending on experience and skill level
    - Overtime offered
    - Health/dental package available after probation period (80% covered, single coverage)
    - Regular performance and salary reviews
    - Small, tight-knit team who like to have fun while at work
    - Lots of variety in your work day, every project is different (custom shop)

    Responsibilities
    - Read and interpret technical drawings
    - Relate to drawings and build based on their specifications
    - Use of hand and power tools
    - Building pneumatic systems according to client specifications
    - Keeping work area clean and organized to minimize accidents
    - Follow all health and safety expectations
    - Work well with a small team (around 5 people) to complete projects on time and with the highest quality
    - Additional related tasks as requested by management

    Qualifications
    - Experience with pneumatic systems is a huge asset
    - If no experience, understanding the concepts behind how they work and ability to learn these systems quickly
    - Ability to read, interpret, and build from technical drawings
    - 2 or more years' of experience in a manufacturing environment
    - Willingness to go above and beyond when teammates require additional support with tasks
    - Excellent work ethic and attendance/punctuality record
    - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently as required
