Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responding promptly to incoming calls and emails from customers interested in our radio communication services.
Diligently following up with external representatives who engage with potential clients.
Effectively managing a variety of leads, typically averaging between 25 to 40 leads per month.
Initiating "warm calls" to re-engage existing, inactive customers.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Previous customer service experience, whether in-person or over the phone.
Bilingual proficiency (English and French) due to the international nature of some of our clients.
Expertise or familiarity with radio communications is a valuable asset.
A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to quality.
Comfort and familiarity with technology.
