As a merchandiser, you will be responsible to ensure that retail stores are stocked with the right products in the right quantities. This may include stocking shelves, arranging and maintain product displays, pricing products and monitoring the store inventory.
Location: Airdrie, Alberta
Days: Sunday- Thursday
Shift: 10:30-PM-7AM
Wage: 19/hr
**The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of attendance and reliability
** This is a temporary, contract position with possibility for extension for the right fit
** Please note this position is in AIRDRIE, AB

Responsibilities
- Ensure that stores or shelves are stocked with the right types of quantities and products
- Display, arrange, price and rotate products in store.
- Maintain store shelves by removing damaged goods.
- Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake
- Work and communicate with buyers, suppliers, stores, and distributors
- General housekeeping duties
- Must be able to lift upto 50lbs (average weight 30lbs)
- Maintains a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Lift up to 50lbs.
- Physically fit and able to keep up in a fast paced environment.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment/tools provided.
- Positive can-do attitude.
- Able to take instructions and work alone, with minimal supervision.
- Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail .
- Reliable & Punctual.
- Team player
