Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this MIG welding role in Cambridge:
- operating MIG/ARC welding equipment
- interpreting blueprints to determine weld type and thickness
- working with primarily mild steel
- some machining may be assigned as needed
- fabrication
Qualifications
Qualifications for this MIG welding role in Cambridge:
- experience with MIG, gas, and arc welding
- active CWB is an asset
- able to read welding blueprints
- experience machining
- experience welding mild steel welding and metal fabrication
- strong work ethic and positive work attitude
- junior welders with under 1 year of experience are welcome to apply, however will earn a starting wage in the low to mid $20 range
- must be able to provide positive work references
