    Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity as a licensed millwright in a food manufacturing facility in Guelph, Ontario? Are you looking to make over $45 hourly?

    If so, then there are three millwright openings in Guelph with a wonderful company that prides itself on growth and development, teamwork, and autonomy.

    Your day could include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, working on the high-speed packaging machines, partnering with sub-contractors to eliminate problems and keep things running smoothly, and looking to help improve maintenance operations.

    Some assets you might bring with you are the ability to work independently and the attitude of a true team player. You might also be someone who has experience working within the food/pharma industry and someone who is skilled and confident in their troubleshooting abilities.





    Advantages

    - 2 continental rotating shifts available, and one straight afternoon shift at 2 pm - 10 pm
    - if you are a Dual ticket (either electrical or refrigeration), a premium applies
    - 1.5x pay on Sunday's
    - Saturday Premium of $2.30/hr
    - Sunday premium of $3.40/hr
    - tool allowance annually

    - company RRSP, matching after 1 year waiting period

    Responsibilities
    You will be working on equipment such as:
    - fluid transfer systems
    - robotics (Fanuc)
    - high-speed packaging equipment
    - conveyor systems
    - blending tanks
    - centrifugal pumps

    Qualifications
    Things you'd need to bring with you:
    - 433A Millwright License
    - food/pharma processing background is ideal, but not required
    - experience with high-speed packaging equipment
    - welding and plumbing knowledge
    - strong communication skills and a true team player attitude
    - comfortable working at heights (less than 10% of your responsibilities)
