    If you are a licensed 433A Millwright with experience in high volume continuous production environments, and looking for a straight shift in Brantford, keep reading!

    This role will challenge your troubleshooting abilities while allowing you to continue to learn and develop your skills as a Millwright and basic electrical troubleshooting skills.

    In this role, you will be working with equipment such as:
    - rotating tables
    - gear boxes
    - servo motors
    - cylinders
    - pneumatics
    - valves
    - thermo formers
    - ovens
    - dryers
    - extruders

    Advantages
    - starting hourly rate - $38 hourly
    - profit-sharing that has equaled anywhere from $1.25 - $5 hourly in the past

    Responsibilities
    - troubleshooting automated equipment
    - maintaining plastic extrusion and forming equipment
    - be diligent in the documentation of work processes
    - strong communication is required to work with operators
    - work alongside another tradesperson




    Qualifications
    - 433A Millwright license / red seal certificate
    - dual ticket Millwright/Electrician is a huge bonus and will have a premium added on
    - previous experience in a plastic/rubber manufacturer a definite advantage but not required
    - available to be on call from time to time, but with the growing team, this will be negligible
    - previous experience working with plastics (injection molding) is desired
    - strong communication and organizational skills are required
    - live within an easy commute of Brantford
