Please note that this is a heavy industrial environment that foredges steel with heat treatment.
In order to be considered you must have prior experience working in steel or heavy industrial environment where you were machining and testing.

Location: Brantford or Paris, ON
Shift: Monday to Thursday 4 x 12-hour shifts - 6am to 6pm with a bi-weekly rotation to 6pm to 6am (eventually you will end up on the continental shift and must be comfortable working 2 weekends per month)

Pay Rate: $34- 38 - 3rd or 4th year Millwright apprentice.
Pay Rate: $40 for a fully licensed millwright - 433a.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Repair, rebuild and perform preventative maintenance tasks
• Weld, repair and perform maintenance of hydraulic and mechanical systems, gear
boxes, machine tools, gas furnaces and overhead cranes
• Capable of rebuilding hydraulic cylinders and accumulators along with basic
welding skills
• Maintain standard housekeeping (5S) in the Maintenance area
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform additional responsibilities as required and appointment by management
• Work various shifts as required (Continentals)
Qualifications
Experience/Skills/Education:
- Must be in their 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship or a fully licensed millwright with a ticket - 433a
- Must have heavy industrial experience
- Must have prior understanding of hydraulic equipment
- Comfortable with working various shifts - including continentals
- Able to work in a hot environment
