Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for either an Electrician or a Millwright to maintain cnc equipment in Cambridge.

What will you be doing?

In this role you will be:
- performing PM tasks mainly on CNC Machines (mainly CNC Milling Machines, Okuma, SNK axis milling machines)
- some facility maintenance
- working as a part of a team to troubleshoot breakdowns
- some fabrication and welding duties will apply
- communicating with the off shifts to ensure projects are completed on time
- maintaining 5S
- working with electro-hydraulics and electro-pnuematics
- installing, maintaining and servicing CNC equipment in a production environment

Qualifications
- 3-5 years CNC Maintenance experience is preferred
- 433A Millwright or 442A Industrial Electrician licence (Millwright is preferred), or an apprentice with 6500+ hours completed towards your CofQ.
- able to pass pre-employment screening (crim check)
- must have 2+ years of CNC maintenance experience
- able to work in a fast paced environment
- able to mentor apprentices
- posses strong listening and troubleshooting skills
- must have your own basic tools and equipment for your trade
- experience on either Fanuc, Okuma or SNK 5 axis machines is preferred, but not mandatory
- PLC troubleshooting capabilities will give you a higher wage
- able to work a continental rotating shift
