Are you a licensed Millwright in the Cambridge area with experience in the Automotive industry looking for an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment?

In this role you will be:
- working alongside tenured co-workers
- work for a manager that wants you to take a proactive approach to maintenance
- address things as you see them
- work with ABB and Fanuc Robotics (pick and place)
- maintaining heavy hydraulics and some pneumatic systems
- maintaining welding equipment, performing repair welding, brazing
- determining root cause and fixing the issue, not putting band-aids on
- rigging heavy equipment
- working with apprentices
- balancing your work between preventative maintenance and breakdown calls
- bringing your ideas to the floor and collaborating with other Millwrights and Electricians on the best process
- promoting lean manufacturing principles

Qualifications
- must have 433A Millwright license
- able to work a 3 shift rotation
- strong hydraulic experience, ideally from an automotive environment

- experience with Fanuc and ABB Robotics is ideal
- opportunity to lead special projects
- must have proactive mindset, solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles
