Responsibilities
•Perform Mechanical maintenance including trouble shooting and repair of equipment.
•Assist in new mechanical installations, integration, improvements, modifications and start-ups for the production line and facility.
•Key contributor to the preventive maintenance plan as it relates to mechanical topics.
•Provides immediate support for emergency breakdowns.
•Perform other maintenance duties as required for plant operation including basic electrical repair
•Provide written details of work performed on Work Order forms and other documents as it relates to the ISO9001 system.
•Key contributor in the plant with regard to positive communication and executing of safety initiatives. Ensuring highest level of safety priority in all details of the job function.
•Record all maintenance request work performed in the log program
•Complete PM and PD on equipment as per maintenance plan
•Maintain 5S and organization of the maintenance area
•Complete PM and PD on equipment as per maintenance plan
•Maintain 5S and organization of the maintenance area
•Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
•Previous experience working in a similar role
•Ideal candidate will possess a 433a license, however relevant experience will be considered
•Excellent communication skills
•Creativity and high ability to work independently and in a team environment
•Ability to working under pressure, stress resistant
•Team orientation and networking abilities as well as target focused
