Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform regular maintenance of all equipment and machines
- Perform preventative maintenance for all equipment
- Operate within a multi-skilled environment to maintain the plant’s machinery and equipment
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman, Red Seal Millwright or 3rd-4th year apprentices
- 2+ years of experience working as a Millwright in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge and electrical knowledge an asset
- Hands-on experience working with pumps, motors, conveying equipment, hydraulic equipment and large industrial machines
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Problem-solve and execute solutions, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing/industrial environment
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize while staying organized
- Demonstrated leadership and work ethic
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and working conditions
