Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
- Adhere to health and safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment
- Ability to provide measurable improvements and enhance systems
- Plans and performs corrective and preventative maintenance
- Responsible for planning and scheduling and cost implications
- Contribute to measurable improvements in scheduled, unscheduled and break down maintenance related to down time and the costs associated with these events to contribute to cost per case
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Dual Ticket 443A Millwright / 442A Electrician *Must have both tickets*
- Industrial maintenance experience including relevant regulations, standards and codes
- Ability to read and understand complex diagrams
- Thorough understanding of maintenance practices; including piping diagrams and mechanical drawings
- 5 years production/line machine maintenance
- Maintenance in a food manufacturing/ packaging production environment
