Inhouse Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm
Overtime depending on service needs
Road work can vary hours
Salary: $26-$34 an hour (based on previous experience and certification)

Responsibilities
As a Service Technician in the Auto Manufacturing industry, a normal day would include:
- Shadowing production team to gain a better understanding of the product to be serviced
- Preform repairs, scheduled service, and preventative maintenance on Emergency vehicles
- Doing repairs inhouse
- Traveling to service client vehicles on location
- Maintaining both written and digital records/paperwork
Qualifications
What do you need for this position?
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Heavy-Duty Mechanic
- EVT certification or journeyman/Red Seal is an asset
- Flexibility to travel
- Must have a valid class 5 driver license minimum (class 3, 4, 5 would be an asset) and a reliable vehicle.
- Own your own basic tool
- Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
- Computer literate and able to type
- A team player and also able to be self-motivated
- Attentive to detail and ability to follow processes
- Strong time management and creative problem solving are required
