Are you a Mortgage Sales Professional with experience in wholesale mortgage sales, private lending and/or working with brokers? Are you looking for your next Business Development role working within one of the fastest growing and most successful private lending companies in Canada, in a completely WORK FROM HOME role, with a strong Base Salary + Commission structure?

We're looking for a Mortgage Business Development Manager, working remotely (permanently), ideally from the Greater Toronto Area, to create new broker partnerships, generate mortgage deals through broker partners, as well as to manage current broker relationships.

What YOU Will Be Doing as a Mortgage Business Development Manager:

- Uncover partnership opportunities + develop and manage strong relationships with mortgage brokers.
- Work with the underwriting division to foster strong partnerships with broker network.
- Attend trade shows, events, conferences, and presentations in order to maintain and build on the company's brand presence, and build new partnerships. Travel will be required.
- Use current database of contacts for outbound sales efforts, in order to uncover new opportunities.

What YOU bring to the table:

- Combination of 3-5+ years of strong sales experience and comprehensive knowledge of private mortgages.
- 1+ year of Private Lending experience.
- Entrepreneurial spirit + passion for making connections, and hitting your growth targets.
- Wholesale mortgage experience, working with brokers, or within private lending is strongly preferred.
- Strong industry contacts/network will be a desirable asset.
- B lender experience is a great asset.
