Are you a MuleSoft developer, experienced in customizing commercial applications while developing custom applications and integration solutions? Our Vancouver client, a prominent member of the public sector, is seeking to hire a MuleSoft Developer on a long term contract with a high possibility of extension. What you’ll be doing?
As a MuleSoft Developer with our Vancouver client, you will:
• Provide project support.
• Ensure new applications follow our organization’s development standards and technical architecture.
• Participate in the estimating of both project proposal and project plans.
• Assist lead with proof of concepts and documenting results as required.
• Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into high level system specifications.
• Prepare detailed specifications and estimates for projects.
• Guide junior team members and consultants in project assignments.
• Provide defined short-term support for systems after implementation.
• Assist the team in architecting, designing and developing MuleSoft applications.
• Create a production support strategy for MuleSoft applications.

How do you qualify?
• Technical diploma or university degree in computer science or management information systems.
• 3-5 years’ MuleSoft Development experience.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer.
• 1+ years’ experience in Mule 4.
• Experience working with XML and JSON formats.
• Experience in designing Mule APIs using RAML specifications.

What additional experience do you bring?
• Experience consuming secured SOAP web services in Mule application an asset.
• Experience integrating with TIBCO JMS an asset.
• Experience with Java an asset.
• Experience working with TFS (Git), AzureDevOps CI/CD pipeline an asset.
• Experience deploying Mule applications on CloudHub an asset.
• Experience in building and packaging contents with Docker, Maven etc. an asset.
• Knowledge with third party authentication framework such as OAuth an asset.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices (Agile culture), and Powershell scripting an asset.
• Knowledge of MUnit to perform Unit and integration testing for APIs and Mule apps an asset.
