Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30-6pm.
Overtime is required, under 10 hours per week

Responsibilities
As a Mutual Fund Administrator, your duties will be:
•Processing financial and non-financial transactions with a high level of accuracy for Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds and Pooled Funds.( CASH, RRSP, TFSA and RESP accounts)
•Assisting other company Investor Services departments/teams in the resolution of Client issues in order to maximize client experience
•Pre-screening, preparing and inputting all financial and various non-financial transactions by standard cut off times.
•Ensuring all transactions are processed within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
•Applying all quality control procedures
Qualifications
•Mutual Funds/Segregated Funds industry experience required
•Strong attention to detail
•Highly motivated, detailed, and deadline orientated
•Strong team player, resolute for team’s success
•Committed to ‘First Time Right’ quality initiative
•Able to quickly learn new concepts and processes
•Able to multi-task and prioritize with varied functions and workload
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French is a definite asset)
•Ability to work overtime – during the week and on weekends
Nice to have:
•Funds industry experience required
•Knowledge of Unitrax record keeping system preferred
•French bilingualism is definitely an asset
•Understanding of registered products desired
•Experience in an imaging/workflow environment an asset
