Advantages
• Base Salary $90K - 95KK plus bonus, OTE: $200K
• Remote or Hybrid Work structure
• 1% of entire sales revenue as uncapped commission structure
Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and direction for direct reports and indirect reports and secure their cooperation to successfully meet regional and organizational performance requirements.
• Participation in the development of the company’s business strategy
• Closely monitor the competitors, markets, products, threats, and business opportunities, and take the necessary actions
• Provide effective management of sales territories and guide efforts to achieve the desired sales and profits
• Engage with major clients to better understand their needs and optimize the partnership – proposals, costing, quotes, etc.
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of sales, and management experience
• Extensive ability to manage and direct business development programs with directly related experience in sales,
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and other related programs
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
