National Sales & Marketing Manager
Southwestern Ontario

Our client, a large wholesale distributor specializing in electronics, textiles, houseware, workwear and so much more in currently looking for a sales and marketing leader. We are looking for a leader who has experience in sales & marketing who has experience with major retailers across Canada!

As a senior executive team member, you will be working for a company that focuses on providing great products, customer service, and delivery to the customers.

- Directing, coordinating, and developing the sales and marketing strategies within this organization
- Managing a team of sales representatives (inside and outside), analyzing current market conditions and developing sales and marketing strategies, creating relationships with suppliers, distributors, and contractors, and developing short term and long term business goals
- Direct and oversee the company's marketing function to identify prospects for products and services
- Research to develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets with President
- Manage and monitor the sales representative’s performance in achieving targets and KPIs
- Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- Supervise the planning and development marketing and communications materials, and represent the company at various community and/or business events

- $100,000 annual salary plus an annual incentive
- Representing the organization at a leadership level across North America

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with major retailers across Canada
- Experience in strategic planning and all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
- Proven experience in a leadership capacity - business acumen, sales, and people management experience
- Ability to motivate teams, and manage several projects
