Assist customers in their purchasing process by phone or email
Provide technical support on the various ranges of products offered
Carry out telephone satisfaction surveys
Provide exemplary service and proactively manage customer relations
Working conditions:
You will work from Monday to Friday (flexible and variable hours) mostly from your home.
You will need to visit the office located in downtown Montreal once or twice a week.
You will take a French/English language test.
You must have a high speed internet connection at home.
Qualifications
You have previous experience (office and/or hotel/restaurant/café), ideally in a sales or customer service role.
- You are a solution-oriented, detail-oriented individual with the ability to work in an environment where KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are part of the daily challenges.
Personal skills required:
- Fluently bilingual in French and English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills; customer focus and service orientation.
- Ability to manage priorities and solve problems.
- Proficiency with computer tools.
- Courtesy, patience, empathy, self-awareness.
