Collaborate with the IT leaders to design and implement solutions with organizational objectives,
policies and procedures in mind
Respond to email and phone requests when required
Respond to tickets within the help desk software
Update network hardware and software
Available for on call escalation
Maintain network documentation and maintenance plan
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required. VMWare, Microsoft, CISSP or CCNA/CCNP
certifications would be an asset.
