Our client is looking for a Senior Network Administrator to join their dynamic team. They also are looking for someone who can learn quickly and excel in busy environments.


Support of Network WAN/MAN/LAN infrastructure
Maintain the Enterprise IT networking services (VPN, IPS, NAC, Firewall, routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, VoIP servers) including designing, implementing and supporting the systems as required.
Initiate, manage and successfully complete projects improving the current networking services as necessary ensuring systems operate according to best practices and meet the business needs.
Create detailed design and deployment documentation from technical architecture designs for communications systems, networks, hardware, software, transmission and signaling systems
Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and upgrading network/security equipment and data centre infrastructure including UPS and Cooling
Network, System and Telecom support

Provide Tier 3 network support with limited supervision.
Develop and maintain network configuration, documentation, industry best standards and practices.
Perform problem resolution and assist in the development and documentation of department processes, technical standards, and interface applications
Work closely with other IT disciplines peers to ensure the current network is scalable, flexible, and sustainable to provide enterprise services to the customer.


Bachelor’s degree in Technology-related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience
Strong in-depth hands-on knowledge and experience in Configuration and troubleshooting of Juniper VPN/Cisco ASA/Palo Alto firewall, Cisco core/distribution/access layer, Aruba wireless and ClearPass
Strong knowledge of routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPv4/IPv6, PPPoE,
Multicast, Wireless (ARUBA), QoS and VXLAN
Strong knowledge of all aspects of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, ARP, SMTP, WCCP, RADIUS, TACACS, NAP, ACLS, STP, F5 Load balancing and MPLS WAN technology
Advanced knowledge of NOC (ipMOnitor), network performance/diagnostic tool, NetScout, IPAM, RTLS, data centre UPS and cooling.
Knowledge of principles, concepts, and theories in ACD, VoIP, SIP, and Mitel telecommunications platforms, and has extensive knowledge of principles and concepts in other functions
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent client relations skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
