    Requirements
    1. Have a college degree in computer science
    recognized OR any other professional degree in
    computer science (AEC or DEP) with a minimum of FIVE (5)
    years of experience;
    2. Know Ms Windows environments (2012 and more)
    for more than FIVE (5) years;
    3. Have an experience of more than FIVE (5) years in the
    Ms Windows environments (XP, 7, 8 and 10);
    4. Have more than FIVE (5) years of experience in
    wired network environments of more than 5000
    network connections, and have training in
    major manufacturers (Cisco, Avaya, Brocade, etc.) since
    the last FIVE (5) years;
    5. Have an experience of more than FIVE (5) years in the
    wireless network environments of more than 5000
    network connections, and have training in
    major manufacturers (Cisco, Aruba, Brocade, etc.) since
    the last 5 years;
    6. Have an experience of more than FIVE (5) years in
    security environments with more than 5,000 connections
    networking skills, and hold training from major
    manufacturers (Cisco, Fortinet, PaloAlto, etc.) since
    FIVE (5) past years;
    7. Know good customer support practices
    with ticketing management activities for more than FIVE
    (5 years;
    8. Have more than five (5) years of experience in
    cabling deployment environments (Copper, Fiber,
    bix);
    9. Have been employed (or consulted) for
    government public bodies for more than THREE
    (3) years (1000 working days) in an environment of
    working more than 1000 computers and 100 servers;
    10. Know the software of the Microsoft 365 suite such as
    as Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
    11. Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in
    written in French.
