New grads and junior candidates with no more than 3 years of experience, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for MULTIPLE aspiring financial services/banking professionals for an upcoming opportunity with a large fund services firm located in the heart of Downtown Toronto.

Due to a year of growth, we are looking for a handful of candidates to support various year-end and tax season needs on a 6 month contract, with strong potential for successful candidates to go permanent in this role. Our preference is junior/new grad profiles with proven financial administration, reporting, and customer service experience. This will be a remote role to begin, however, we are targeting candidates who can commute to the Toronto office should the role go permanent.

Please note, we are looking for candidates more so on the administrative and processing side of Financial Services. If you are an aspiring CPA or accounting professional, this role may not be the best fit for you

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following:

• 2-3 years of similar experience (bank deposits, report preparing, reconciliation, fund transfers, payment processing, analysis) in an administrative or customer service-based role; or equivalent education
• Investment/fund industry experience is an asset
• CSC is an asset
• Naturally comfortable with math, processing a large volume of numerical data
• Intermediate Microsoft Office, primarily Excel skills - writing macros, pivot tables, advanced formulae, etc
• 10/10 written and verbal communication skills
• Quebecois French is a strong asset
