Newsletter Channel Management:
OSF partner management; Salesforces
Budget management (budget proposal, daily follow-ups, PO creation)
Establish acquisition strategies, optimization, channel performance
Daily follow-ups of channel optimization projects, analysis, sharing of findings and action proposals
Channel performance:
Creation of a dashboard to track channel results
Implement email acquisition strategies (contests; Triangle; store)
Performance tracking and daily optimization
Support the content coordinator to improve performance
Creation of A/B tests (objects; templates; etc.)
Internal expert; ensure continuous development, keep up to date with the latest developments, perfect knowledge of Salesforce B2C
Be on the lookout for market innovations and propose integrations when appropriate
Content Creation:
Responsible for the creation, production and integration of certain newsletter content
Support in the planning of the publishing calendar
Qualifications
Experience required
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related discipline;
- 2-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of Facebook Insight, Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO, SEM) and websites;
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Pinterest, Facebook Business Manager.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel).
- Bilingualism (oral and written).
- Knowledge of retail (an asset).
- Knowledge of the sports and fashion industry (an asset).
