Join a growth oriented, Canadian-owned Real Estate Investment Trust with approximately 5 billion in assets and 250 employees across the globe in in Canada, Germany, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand. As a System Administrator & Helpdesk/Support Analyst you will also join a team of skilled IT professionals to implement and support a broad range of technology across our global platform. If you are a Network administrator with certifications and/or proven experience with Microsoft server technologies and networking, this role is for you.

What will you be doing?
•System monitoring, ensuring hardware integrity, reviewing logs
•Perform daily backup operations
•Database maintenance, SQL queries, report building
•Manage users and groups and objects in Active Directory
•Troubleshoot issues, repair and recover from hardware and software
•Responding to end-user help desk inquiries

Do you have the right qualifications?
•Minimum (4-year) post-secondary degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science
•Microsoft Systems Administration/System Engineer/DBA certification an asset
•Minimum four years of systems administration experience
Communication skills
•Ability to train and explain technical procedures to end users
•Ability to write clear concise technical documentation
•German, French or Portuguese an asset
