    We are in search of a Non- licensed Advisor Assistant who can be a key member of team as they seek to help clients achieve lifetime financial security.
    You heard it right! A Non- licensed Advisor Assistant will aid in securing the client's customers in their lifetime financial security.

    As a Non- licensed Advisor Assistant, you will have three critical areas of focus:

    1. Generate sales appointments and follow up either by cold and warm calling or answering
    requests. You will also be responsible for handling inbound calls.
    2. Ensuring a full and balanced advisor calendar of appointments creating sales and sales
    opportunities.
    3. Delivering an exceptional client experience for current and potential clients who call or come into
    our office.

    A successful Non- licensed Advisor Assistant must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to
    understand the clients’ requirements also have an excellent communication and presentation skills and
    the ability to interact with clients on their level.

    Responsibilities

     Marketing and prospecting
    Generating, scheduling, and confirming sales appointments and follow up either by cold and warm calling
    or answering requests. Also be responsible for handling inbound calls, letters, and mass mailings,
    scheduling, and confirming appointments

     Client service
    Handle client questions and inquiries on the phone and in the office, contacting the Customer Service Centre HO as needed.

     Office management
    Filing, word processing, mail and faxes, supply purchasing and inventory.

     Salesforce administration
    Be skilled in using Salesforce (training is available)

    Qualifications
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact with all type of clients
    and prospects.
    - Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
    - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
    - Experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Salesforce, and other applications
    - Proficient in English
    -Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
    - Persistent and results-oriented
    - Patient and able to handle customer rejection
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    - Marketing and Sales Skills, Verbal Communication, and Telephone Skills.

    Experience:
    - Minimum 3 years of Industry experience.
