Responsibilities
- Manage occupational injury files (from start to finish) for clients;
- Inform and guide clients in reducing the impact of occupational injuries on their performance (organizational and financial);
- Advise clients in certain matters such as maintaining employment ties in the context of rehabilitation;
- Establish optimal litigation management strategies (in collaboration with stakeholders);
- Improving the service offer by proposing to clients solutions for better management of SST (training, medical expertise, prevention, legal, outsourcing, ergonomics, etc.).
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role in occupational injury management;
- Master the process of opening and following up a file with the CNESST (administrative and medical);
- Computer skills (Outlook, Excel);
- Good command of the French language
- Organizational skills, good management of priorities, communication skills;
- Team spirit and collaboration;
