The Operation Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and supervision of commercial ships in port. The Operations coordinator is also in charge of the arrangement of the required documents for imported and exported cargo, electronic filing with Canada Customs and Immigration, Canadian and US Coast Guard, Canadian and US Seaway authorities. It is also expected to provide accounting department with the pertinent information/documentation for invoicing. Prepare Proforma disbursement accounts for estimated port call costs, maintain good communication with local suppliers, ensuring cost effective and efficient service is provided to ships.

- Licence needed for travel
- Good customer service skills
