Responsibilities for these roles can include:
Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, posting transactions, and reconciling accounts
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Assist in the preparation of tax returns
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Provide support for the month-end close process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
Provide general office support such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling mail
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a business, accounting or finance education, intermediate knowledge in either accounting or finance, and excellent aptitude and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field with some accounting courses
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A desire to learn and grow in the field of accounting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Salaries can range from 35,000 - 50,000
Positions can be hybrid or remote
