Responsibilities
As an Office Administrator, your responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Providing support to the sales team in overseeing overdue invoices from clients
- Handle the A/P and A/R responsibilities in the books and do follow-ups with the clients on payments
- Work closely with the cross functional teams to assist in current and back order book
- Administer the ordering of office supplies and cleaning supplies for the office
- Deal with correspondences through email and greet the clients in person to guide them in right direction
- Order any catering for the team for any training courses and classes that take place in office
- Put together binders for training package for attendees/employees

Qualifications
As a Office Administrator, you must quality:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in administration and 1 year experience in A/P and A/R
- High school completion necessary
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Office. Knowledge of ERP systems is a strong asset
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management well with clear and concise manner
- Strong attention to detail and multi tasking attitude
- Resilient and able to do consistent follow-ups
-Strong problem-solving abilities are required, as well as the capacity to think quickly and react to sales and service-related issues
-It is advantageous to have prior knowledge of or experience with CRM systems.
-Can-do attitude and team player.
