A service company is the west of Ottawa is looking to hire their next office administrator to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. They are a well-known retailer in their respective industry!
Advantages
ADVANTAGES
• Monday to Friday, 7AM –4PM (hours are flexible)
• Free parking on site
• $45,000-55,000 annual salary
• Comprehensive benefits package (Prescription drugs, vision care, travel - out of country medical, life insurance, and MORE!
• 2 week vacation
• Registered pension plan and registered retirement savings plan
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating work orders
• Data entry in for payroll
• Reconcile previous day sales to point of sale records
• Process invoices
• Matching of purchase orders
• General office duties
• Working closely with the parts department for all needs
• Other tasks as required
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 + years working in an office environment (Blue Collar environment + mechanically inclined a HUGE asset)
• ***Must be able to work in office
• Excellent communication in English & French a MUST
• Intermediate MS office skills
• TEAMWORK! TEAMWORK! TEAMWORK – are you able to work with different departments to get the job done?
• Highly organized – your day will change based on each department’s needs, organization will be key to succeed!
