Responsibilities
- This is an administrative position which will require communication with clients through phone and through email.
- Communication with clients will include updating on shipment requests, sharing information and insight as well as discussion any updates on the accounts
- Calendar management for the managers as well as the potential of taking meeting minutes and assisting with PowerPoint presentations
- Organization of all files and administrative tasks that might be required
- Billing and invoicing through QuickBooks
- Assist around the office with general administrative duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience with Billing and sending Invoices is required in this position
- Knowledge of QuickBooks a great asset in this role
- Ability to stay organized and prioritizing tasks is a must
- The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication
