Responsibilities
- Help manage and monitor staff, sub trades and suppliers
- Communicate with clients, vendors and in-house staff
- Arrange and schedule job showings and site inspections
- Help review and submit RFP's, WSIB and NOP's
- Monitor and manager the owners email
- Submit and communicate with sub-trades in relations to ongoing projects, bids
- Follow up on quotes received and submitted
Qualifications
- Construction knowledge and experience in a must
- Bilingual not mandatory for the role, but an asset
- Experience using QuickBooks
- Strong communication and time management skills
- 5 years of experience in administration (preferably in the construction industry)
