Monday- Friday (No Weekends)

Responsibilities
- Liaison to Tenants (Phones, Concerns, Questions, etc)
- Liaison to Site Staff (Prepare Work Orders related to Repair Requests)
- Reserve Guest Suites, Party Room and Elevators for Tenants.
- Update Intercom Panel for Properties
- Prepare and Deliver Notices (Resident, Special Projects or Common Area)
- Assist with Accounts Receivables (Rental Receipts, Income Tax Receipt, Processing Deposits, etc).
- Assist with filing for Property Administrators
Qualifications
- Ability to manage stress
- Bilingual is not necessary, but it always an asset
- Experience working in property management, real estate, etc. is an asset
- Effective communication (written and verbal)
- Strong time management skills
