Responsibilities
- Answering all calls and transfer to appropriate departments as needed
- Providing assistant to sales and logistics team for preparation of documents
- Prepare and send out invoices
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail (Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, etc)
- Verification of orders being processed, ensure all information is correct
- Forward customer inquiries to sales coordinators (pricing, stock availability. Tracking…etc.)
- Assisting various departments in various tasks
- Filing of documents, shredding papers and data entry
- Keeping office organized
Qualifications
-Bilingual English/French (spoken and written)
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Good communication skills
-Attention to detail
-Comfortable with computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
