Our client is a well-established & reputable Mechanical and Electrical Construction and Engineering firm serving the construction industry's industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) sectors in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding areas.
This is a permanent opportunity pending the completion of a 3 month probational period. You must have a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities
-General reception duties include filing, typing, copying, scanning, answering telephones, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
-Support senior administration staff with printing and filing of documents
-Maintaining and updating company policy files in the office
-Preparing site visits and minutes of reports on internal and external meetings.
-typing and editing correspondence for President and General Manager.
-Follow up on the progress and completion of tasks delegated to junior staff members by management.
-running occasional errands to courier or other office location close by
Qualifications
-Must have valid drivers license and access to vehicle
-Minimum 1-2 years of administrative support /Reception /office assistant experience
-Overall exceptional command of the English language is a must, especially writing skills and reporting.
-Post Secondary Education in a relative program
-Basic accounting knowledge is an asset.
-Minimum 60 wpm typing speed with accuracy.
-Highly organized in task prioritization and detailed management of documentation.
-Proactive attitude in problem-solving day-to-day issues that arise.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple executives.
- previous experience in the GTA’s engineering/construction industry would be an asset.
