It is a permanent job from monday to friday from 8 am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
Prepare rooms for external and internal meetings,
Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of kitchens
Support office events
Reception of orders for office supplies and support at reception in maintaining inventory
Reception of food orders and distribution in the kitchens
Monitoring of supply inventory in support of reception
Qualifications
A certain level of professionalism, as this person will work at the front desk.
Good communication skills in French and English.
Ability to take initiative and easily understand tasks.
Learns quickly and has good team spirit.
Resourceful.
In relatively good physical condition, as he/she may be required to carry heavy objects from time to time to prepare meeting rooms or events.
Works quickly and efficiently.
