Job title: Office Clerk

Salary: 17-18$ / h

As an office clerk, your daily responsibilities will include:

o Stationed at the reception desk
o Answer the phones
o Email clients
o Enter data in the CRM (Zoho)
o Accounts receivable and Accounts payable (Quickbooks)
o Scan, mail, filing
o data entry
o arrange shipping dates
o Purolator / FedEx
o Other administrative ad hoc tasks


- 2 years experience in a similar role
- Be bilingual.
- Office suite (word, excel, outlook)
- Work well autonomously and with a small team
