    Our client is a company in full development in the financial world and is looking to grow their team with an administrative office clerk in Saint-Léonard.

    Under the direction of the Director of Accounting, the Office Clerk will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office and responsibility for the administration of clients.

    You will be part of a dynamic team that respects family values. It's a work environment that moves with committed and passionate people.

    Permanent position in Saint-Léonard
    Dynamic and passionate team in full growth
    Opening hours from Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
    Salary between $45,000 and $52,000 depending on experience
    Group Insurance and Group RRSPs
    2 weeks of vacation plus 1 week in the holiday season

    Responsibilities
    - Answer customer questions regarding their case, forward customer calls to different departments, take voice messages from reception and return calls or forward them to the person concerned.
    - At the request of the collection agents, build files to send in procedure for lawyers
    - Verify new financing contracts
    - Process insurance cancellations and renewals
    - Make agreements with customers for their cash value

    Qualifications
    Excellent organizational skills.
    1 year of relevant experience.
    Mastery of computer tools.
    Good writing and communication skills
    Autonomous and proactive
