Responsibilities
Supply :
Reception of orders for office supplies and support at reception in maintaining inventory
Receipt of free food orders and distribution in the kitchens
Monitoring of supply inventory in support of reception
Maintaining spaces:
Organization and maintenance of conference rooms
Kitchen maintenance
Service calls with the office tower manager
Commissioner:
Provide service to the various committees

Qualifications
You have the following knowledge (or almost!)
Completed high school diploma;
Minimum one (1) year experience as an office clerk
Good command of the French language both oral and written and intermediate level in spoken and written English
Hold a valid driving license
Profile sought:
A dynamic person who likes to stay active throughout the day
Discretion and loyalty
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar position.
Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft suite;
Ability to work under pressure and in a team;
Sense of initiative and resourcefulness.
